PSK Industries operate full-cycle production under one roof. Only the best quality raw materials are processed into distinctive end products. The manufacturing process have set up to allow the company to monitor,control and inspec quality standards effectively,from the earliest steps of production.

There are two different manufacturing process at PSK Industries which are cold cement process and injected outsole process. The two production procedures start with inspection of incoming raw materials to ensure that only quality materials are fed to the production line. The upper materials are available with a wide variety of fabric, canvas, synthetic, P.U (poly urethane), P.V.C (poly vinyl chloride) materials and leathers. The materials are cut and sewn by our skilled workers into many styles and sizes according to customer

PSK Industries, Provides the choice to our customers to select the process of upper and outsole attachment by using cold cement process which is required adhesive materials as glue to be applied both upper and outsole with heat tunnel to ensure that all adhesive substances work throughly. The toe lasting, side lasting and heel lasting are also employed to form the shoe shape. The procedure will be complete, after the lasted upper which is attached to the outsole is compressed by wall sole attaching machine in all direction in order to secure the adhesion, and pass through the cooling system to set the shoe in shape. All kind of shoe upper materials with rubber, P.U (polyurethane), TPR (thermopastic rubber) and PVC (poly vinyl chloride) outsoles, are suitable to the cold cement process.

Our factory at prachinburi is also available for injected outsole process with TPR (thermo plastic rubber) and PVC (poly vinyl chloride) compounds as raw materials, while the upper is made
of fabrics, canvas and synthetic materials.

The process is built to fulfill the customer''s requirments of productivity, pricing and consistency products.PSK Industries is constantly building upon its know-how,pricing and capacity to better serve the rapidly growing market and changing needs of customers.The investment of five sets of Italian - made injected outsole machines are installed at our factory for the above purposes.

Therefore, we pay attention to every stage of production from raw materials selection till the finished products. We have installed the metal detector machine to check all, undesired metals or broken needle from the products, any defective item is inspected or causes, and measures taken to ensure there is no recurrence of the defect in future.
